Chris and Liz are truly the best. Customer service is fantastic, they are laid back but at the same time completely reliable and prompt. They are great at communicating and truly a joy to work with. I can always relax knowing they will take care of any problems and treat the pool as if it were their own. Truly the best of the best.

It was a very very good experience. I bid three companies, and after meeting with Chris Fogleman, I knew he was the one for the job. His price was comparable to the other companies and when he met with me to review the scope of work, he brought ideas and samples and explained the details of the process. I liked that he would oversee the project himself. Chris was involved each step of the way, he communicated and kept me informed. Chris really loves what he does and it shows. Thrasher far exceeded our expectations at every turn. Every step was fully explained from design, and permitting, through completion. The contractors were professional and timely, well managed. The project was completed ahead of schedule. Chris Fogleman is very knowledgeable and spent time answering every question we had as well as explained how to run the system and maintain the pool. I had an old swimming pool and deck that needed upgrading. Chris came over to take a look at the pool and give me so ideas regarding deck color, tiles and pebble coating. Once I had made all the decisions the project was completed quickly and painlessly. The guys were on site each day and Liz kept in touch by email and phone to make sure everything was progressing the way it should. I am extremely pleased with the results. This was a very large project, so we interviewed several companies and received 3 proposals. Chris was the most thorough... and I couldn't be happier with the finished result! Chris paid attention to all the details... Liz was great in the office... and whenever I had a question, they were quick to respond. Their guys worked quickly and efficiently... And I'm thrilled we are able to use the pool for the summer. Highly recommend!

Liz and Chris are amazing - I have worked with them for a few years on my (very old) pool and they are super reliable, friendly, and fair. Can't say enough good things - love these guys and the work they do!
